摘要
针对单相接地故障时电流微弱且故障点电弧不稳定,将导致配电系统单相接地故障定位和选线不精确等问题,利用配电自动化系统在数据采集、传输与应用方面的优势,结合配电自动化主站,开展配电网在线监测终端关键技术的研究,并提出一种新型配电网单相接地故障定位策略。该策略采用“站内选线+站外区段定位”模式,通过对多源信息综合判断,实现对接地线路的准确选择和故障位置的快速定位,以尽可能地缩小停电范围。此外,结合实际配电自动化系统,通过建立不同接地方式的单相接地故障定位工程应用来验证本方案可行性。
In the case of single-phase grounding fault, there occurs weak current and unstable arc, which result in problems such as inaccurate fault location and line selection. This paper gives full play to the power distribution automation system in data acquisition, the advantages of transmission and application, and combines the distribution automation master station to carry out the research on the key technologies of the online monitoring terminal of the distribution network, and proposes a single-phase grounding fault location strategy for the distribution network based on the comprehensive judgment of multi-source information to realize the accuracy of the grounding line. The strategy adopts a mode of "in-station line selection plus outside-of-station zone location" to achieve accurate selection of the earthing line and fast location of the fault location through comprehensive judgement of multi-source information in order to minimize the scope of outages. In addition, the feasibility of this scheme is verified by establishment of engineering applications for locating single-phase earth faults in different earthing modes in conjunction with actual distribution automation systems.
