摘要
针对某火力发电厂脱硫出口烟道产生涡流、振动等问题,利用数值模拟和现场测试相结合的方法,对烟道气流分布进行模拟计算。结果表明:脱硫出口多处流场分布不合理是产生涡流、振动的主要原因。通过加装导流板并进行验证计算,改善了烟道气流分布,彻底解决了此问题。
Pointing at the problems of vortex and vibration and soon, which at the joint of inlet and outlet flue of wet dust collector in a thermal power plant. The numerical simulation method is used to simulate the flue gas distribution to find out the unreasonable area of flow field distribution at the inlet and outlet of wet cleaning and analyze the flow field distribution. This study provides technical preparation for subsequent flow field optimization.
