摘要
为解决测试装置不完善造成电源EMI滤波器插入损耗测量结果的严重失真问题,设计了一款基于同轴传输线结构的同轴探针,用于适配滤波器插针式的引出端。以此探针为基础,设计了一款测试工装,并将此测试工装与同轴“开口线”作为对照组,测试了滤波器样品的插入损耗。数据显示,非同轴结构的同轴“开口线”测试结果存在严重失真,不能满足准确测试的要求;而测试工装所获测试结果与标准数据基本一致。相对而言,同轴测试系统是准确测量插入损耗的解决方案。
In order to solve the serious distortion problem of EMI filter insertion loss measurement result caused by imperfect testing device,a coaxial probe based on coaxial transmission line structure is designed to adapt the plug-pin type of leading-out terminal of filter.Based on this probe,a test technological equipment was designed and the insertion loss of the filter sample was measured with the test technological equipment and the coaxial"open line"as the control group.The data show that the measurement results of the coaxial"open line"with noncoaxial structure have serious distortion,which can not meet the requirements of accurate measurement.The measurement results obtained by the test technological equipment are basically consistent with the standard data.In contrast,the coaxial test system is a solution to accurately measure the insertion loss.
