红霉素联合氨溴索治疗小儿类百日咳综合征的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of erythromycin combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pertussis-like syndrome in children

目的探讨红霉素联合氨溴索治疗小儿类百日咳综合征的临床效果。方法82例小儿类百日咳综合征患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组采用常规对症治疗联合红霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氨溴索治疗。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.56%明显高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过红霉素联合氨溴索治疗小儿类百日咳综合征可以提升治疗的总有效率,具有较高的安全性,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of erythromycin combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pertussis-like syndrome in children.Methods A total of 82 children with pertussis-like syndrome were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic therapy and erythromycin,and the observation group was treated with ambroxol on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than 78.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Erythromycin combined with ambroxol in the treatment of children with pertussis-like syndrome can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and has high safety,which is worthy of recommendation.
