摘要
目的探讨泪道探通术联合左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶和地塞米松治疗泪道阻塞的临床效果和安全性。方法160例泪道阻塞患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采用泪道探通术治疗,观察组采用泪道探通术联合左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶和地塞米松治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、泪道功能复常时间及并发症发生率、复发率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.75%,明显高于对照组的91.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者泪道功能恢复时间(5.46±1.12)d明显短于对照组的(8.21±1.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率2.50%、复发率5.00%均明显低于对照组的11.25%、16.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用泪道探通术联合左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶和地塞米松治疗泪道阻塞,能够有效缩短泪道功能恢复时间,治疗效果显著,且并发症和复发几率降低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of probing of lacrimal passage combined with levofloxacin ophthalmic gel and dexamethasone in the treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction.Methods A total of 160 patients with lacrimal passage obstruction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with probing of lacrimal passage,and the observation group was treated with probing of lacrimal passage combined with levofloxacin ophthalmic gel and dexamethasone.The therapeutic effect,recovery time of lacrimal passage function,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.75%,which was significantly higher than 91.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of lacrimal passage function(5.46±1.12)d in the observation group was significantly shorter than(8.21±1.24)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 2.50%and recurrence rate 5.00%in the observation group were significantly lower than 11.25%and 16.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probing of lacrimal passage combined with levofloxacin ophthalmic gel and dexamethasone has significant effect in the treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction,and can effectively shorten the recovery time of lacrimal passage function with fewer complications,which is worth promoting the application.
