日粮添加过瘤胃蛋氨酸对断奶羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响

Effects of Adding Rumen-protected Methionine to Diet on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Economic Benefits of Weaned Lambs

【目的】探明日粮添加过瘤胃蛋氨酸对川中黑山羊断奶羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响,为川中黑山羊的日粮配方设计和饲养方案优化提供理论依据。【方法】选择48只川中黑山羊断奶羔羊,根据羔羊体重采用随机区组设计,分为4个组,每个组3个重复,每个重复4只羊,对照组(CK)饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加质量比为0.25%(处理1)、0.51%(处理2)、0.76%(处理3)过瘤胃蛋氨酸,即得到蛋氨酸纯添加水平(质量比)为0.19%、0.38%、0.57%的处理组,预试期15d,正式期60d,考察日粮蛋氨酸水平对断奶羊羔生长性能、血清生化指标、经济效益的影响。【结果】基础日粮中添加质量比为0.25%和0.51%的过瘤胃蛋氨酸均能提高断奶羔羊平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI),ADG 分别比 CK 提高17.32%和25.21%,ADFI分别比 CK 显著提高15.81%和18.86%;在整个试验期,川中黑山羊饲养经济效益以添加质量比为 0.51%过瘤胃蛋氨酸处理组为最佳,毛利润达 417.70 元/头,较 CK 提高20.82%;基础日粮中添加过瘤胃蛋氨酸对断奶羔羊的料重比及羔羊血清中 Glu、TP、UN、TG、TC、Alb、ALT、AST含量无显著影响。【结论】在基础日粮中添加适量过瘤胃蛋氨酸可增加断奶羔羊的 ADG 与 AD-FI,提高川中黑山羊饲养经济效益,过瘤胃蛋氨酸最适添加水平(质量比)为0.51%(折合氨酸纯添加水平为0.38%)。

【Objective】The effects of adding rumen-protected methionine on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and economic benefits of weaned lambs is explored,so as to provide theoretical basis for the design of dietary formula and the optimization of feeding scheme of Chuanzhong black goat.【Method】48 weaned lambs of Chuanzhong black goat are selected and randomly divided into 4groups according to the lamb weight.Each group has 3repetitions and 4sheep in each repetition.The control group(CK)is fed with basic diet,while the experimental group are fed with 0.25%(treatment 1),0.51%(treatment 2)and 0.76%(treatment 3)rumen-protected methionine respectively,then the treatment groups are obtained with the pure methionine addition levels(mass ratio)are 0.19%,0.38%and 0.57%.The pre-trial period is 15days and the formal period is 60days,then the effect of different rumen-protected methionine content on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and economic benefits of weaned lambs is tested.【Result】The average daily gain(ADG)and average daily food intake(ADFI)of weaned lambs are increased by adding rumen-protected methionine with ratio of 0.25% and 0.51%.ADG of weaned lambs after feeding with rumen-protected methionine significantly increase by17.32%and 25.21% compared with CK,and its ADFI significantly increase by 15.81% and 18.86%compared with CK,respectively.During the whole experimental,the best economic benefit of Chuanzhong black goat feeding is the treatment that the mass ratio is 0.51%rumen-protected methionine,with a gross profit of 417.70yuan/head,which is 20.82% higher than CK.The addition of rumenprotected methionine in the basal diet had no significant effect on the feed/gain ratio and the contents of Glu,TP,UN,TG,TC,ALb,ALT and AST in serum of weaned lambs.【Conclusion】Adding appropriate amount of rumen-protected methionine to the basic diet can increase the ADG and ADFI of weaned lambs and improve the feeding economic benefits of Chuanzhong black goats.The optimum addition level of rumen-protected methionine(mass ratio)is 0.507%(which conrerts into the pure addition amount of methionine is 0.38%).
