现代物流企业职业健康安全管理体系绩效评价是对企业职业健康安全管理体系评价的有效工具之一,其核心内容是对企业职业健康安全管理体系绩效进行全面、科学和客观的评价。通过建立文化与领导力、安全风险分级管控、“目标、机构和职责”、制度化管理、“能力、培训和意识”、现场和过程安全管理、隐患排查治理、应急管理、事故事件管理、持续改进等10个一级评价指标和安全文化(理念)建设、领导承诺和领导力、“风险辨识、评价与控制”等39个二级评价指标体系,引入灰色系统理论,建立企业职业健康安全管理体系绩效评价模型并进行绩效评价,目的是为了建立健全企业职业健康安全管理体系绩效管理系统,使管理部门有能力识别、评估和控制企业职业健康安全管理体系绩效。
