摘要
分析临空12-01地块项目的设计挑战,针对围合式、独栋式和发散式这三个规划设计方案,分别从城市形象、空间构建、交通分析和功能布局这四个维度进行分析,探讨在新的时期下,以满足未来产业发展为前提,如何打造和谐的城市景观,并为人们提供工作生活一体化的社区设计理念和设计方向,最后针对围合式方案提出了继续完善和深化的建议。
Analyze the design challenges of Linkong 12-01 block project from four dimensions of city image, space construction, traffic analysis and functional layout, aiming at the three planning and design schemes. In order to discuss in the new period, how to meet the future industrial development under the premise of creating a harmonious city image, to provide people with a new way of work and life integration. Finally, suggestions for further improvement of the enclosed scheme are put forward.
