山西洪涝区受损农房灾后重建修缮技术探讨

2021年10月2日~7日,山西遭遇了持续时间长、覆盖范围广、雨量积累大的强降雨,全省农房普遍受灾严重。通过对受灾严重区域的受损农房的破损状况及灾后重建工作的细致调研、仔细研判,客观对此次农村洪涝灾区受损农房的破坏特征、破损原因及各地针对性采取的修缮重建措施进行总结分析,并对其进行技术分析探讨。

According to the fact the heavy rainfalls during October 2 nd and 7 th in 2021 attacked farmhouses in Shanxi with long during, extensive coverage and huge rainfall volumes, the paper indicates the serious damages were caused by the rainfalls, and sums up the damage features, reasons for the damage, and respective maintenance and reconstruction measures in different areas according to the damaged circumstances in typically affected areas and the detailed surveys and analysis after the reconstruction, and undertakes the exploration for its techniques.
