改性分子筛转轮在抗生素发酵废气异味处理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以某生物制药厂改性分子筛转轮系统为研究对象,通过控制变量试验方法,分别在不同解析温度、转速、进气温度、流速和进气浓度条件下对异味的净化效率进行研究分析;采用相色谱-质谱法对气体中异味成分进行检测分析,讨论改性分子筛转轮处理异味物质的特点;与此同时,也分析了在最佳运行参数下VOCs的去除效果。结果表明,改性分子筛转轮最佳运行参数为解析温度200℃、转速3 r/h、进气温度30℃、流速1.2 m/s左右;改性分子筛转轮系统异味去除效率几乎不受入口浓度的影响,均保持在95%以上;改性分子筛转轮在处理异味气体的同时,对VOCs的去除效率也较高,均达到92%以上;气体中含有甲硫醇、乙硫醇、甲硫醚、二硫化碳、二甲二硫异味物质,说明本项目应用的改性分子筛转轮系统对含S异味物质具有显著的吸附性能。整个调试运行过程体现了系统在处理异味气体时的稳定性、高效性、可靠性。 In this paper,the modified molecular sieve wheel system of a biological pharmaceutical factory was analyzed and studied by the control variables.The purification efficiency of stench was analyzed under different desorption temperature,speed,intake temperature,flow rate and intake concentration.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to detect and analyze stench composition in gas,and the characteristics of modified molecular sieve wheel to treat stench were discussed.Besides,the removal effect of VOCs under the optimal operating parameters was analyzed.The results show that the best operating parameters of the modified molecular sieve rotor are:resolution temperature of 200℃,rotational speed of 3 r/h,inlet gas temperature of 30℃and flow rate of about 1.2 m/s.The odor removal efficiency of the modified molecular sieve rotor system is almost unaffected by the inlet concentration,all maintaining a high efficiency of more than 95%.The modified molecular sieve wheel have a high removal efficiency of VOCs,which is more than 92%.The stench substances contained methanethiol,ethanethiol,methyl sulfide,carbon disulfide,dimethyl disulfide,indicating that the modified molecular sieve wheel system in this project had significant adsorption performance for sulfur-containing stench.This study showed that the system was stability,high efficiency and reliability in the treatment of stench.
