硅锰合金尾渣微晶玻璃的制备及性能研究

摘要 微晶玻璃具有结构均匀、质地坚硬以及无放射性污染物等特点,为进一步优化微晶玻璃,以硅锰合金冶炼产生的硅锰合金尾渣为主要原料制备微晶玻璃。设定烧结法,制备微晶玻璃的温度范围在800℃~1 000℃之间,烧结时间共计4 h时,利用差热分析仪和衍射仪生成DSC曲线和XRD谱图,确定微晶玻璃的热性能和物相组成,根据扫描电镜生成的SEM照片,表征玻璃的微观结构特征,探讨不同烧结温度和时间对玻璃样品性能的影响。测试结果表明,当烧结温度为950℃、烧结时间为3.5 h时,硅锰合金尾渣微晶玻璃样品的抗折强度最大,为162 MPa,热膨胀系数最低,为65.2×10^(-7)/℃,密度最高,为2.633 g/m^(3)。 Glass ceramics have the characteristics of uniform structure, hard texture and no radioactive contamination. In order to further optimize glass ceramics, the tailings of silicon manganese alloy produced by smelting silicon manganese alloy were used as the main raw material to prepare glass ceramics. When the sintering method is set, the temperature range of the glass ceramics is 800 ℃~1 000 ℃ and the sintering time is 4 h, DSC curve and XRD pattern are generated by the differential thermal analyzer and diffractometer to determine the thermal properties and phase composition of the glass ceramics. According to the SEM photos generated by the scanning electron microscope, the microstructure characteristics of the glass are characterized. The effects of different sintering temperature and time on the properties of glass samples were discussed. The test results show that the maximum flexural strength of GMCS is 162 MPa when the sintering temperature is 950 ℃ and the sintering time is 3.5 h. The coefficient of thermal expansion was the lowest, 65.2×10^(-7)/℃;The highest density was 2.633 g/m^(3).
