摘要
地铁为解决大城市的交通拥堵、城市居民绿色出行提供了有效的解决方案。盾构机工法在隧道施工中的广泛应用,为城市轨道交通的快速发展做出了积极贡献。始发井是盾构机掘进前现场拼装和初始掘进的工作间,对于盾构机掘进的成功具有重要意义。以新加坡某地铁叠层隧道始发井为例,分析了复杂条件下始发井支护结构的设计原理和方法、洞门土体加固、密封环设计和监控量测等,为城市轨道交通中始发井的方案设计提供借鉴意义。
Subway provides an effective solution to solve the traffic congestion in big cities and the green travel of urban residents. The Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM) method used widely in tunnel construction has made a positive contribution to the rapid development of urban rail transit. The launching shaft is a working space for all preparatory work before the TBM starts, which is of great significance for the success of tunneling work. Taking the launching shaft of a metro laminated tunnel in Singapore as an example, this paper analyzes the design principles and methods of the supporting structure of the starting shaft under complex conditions, so as to provide reference for the scheme design of the starting shaft in urban rail transit.
