陕西省护理人员化疗职业防护知信行调查

Investigation on Knowledge-Attitude-Practice of Occupational Protection Among Nurses in Chemotherapy in Shaanxi

目的 了解陕西省医院护理人员化疗职业防护知信行现状,为提高护士化疗职业防护水平提供依据。方法 采用问卷对陕西省二、三级医院接触化疗药物的护理人员进行便利抽样调查,问卷包括一般资料和化疗职业防护知识、态度、行为4部分。结果 共回收有效问卷2173份。护理人员化疗职业防护知识、态度、行为得分分别为(13.17±3.11)分、(41.58±5.18)分、(74.06±12.70)分,总体处于中等水平。多元回归分析显示,最高学历、医院等级、科室、是否接受过化疗防护培训是护理人员化疗职业防护知信行的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 陕西省二、三级医院护理人员化疗职业防护知信行水平有待进一步提高,尤其是低学历、二级医院、非肿瘤科及未接受过化疗防护培训的护理人员。医院管理者应建立和完善护理人员化疗职业防护管理体系,并重视化疗职业防护培训。

Objective To understand the status of knowledge,attitude and practice of chemotherapy occupational protection of nurses in hospitals in Shaanxi,and to provide evidence for improving nurses'occupational protection level of chemotherapy.Methods Nursing staff exposed to chemotherapy drugs in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi province were investigated by convenience sampling with questionnaire,which included general information and knowledge,attitude and practice of occupational protection of chemotherapy.Results A total of 2173 valid questionnaires were collected.The scores of occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practice were 13.17±3.11,41.58±5.18 and 74.06±12.70 respectively,which were in the middle level.Multiple regression analysis showed that the highest education level,hospital grade,department and whether the nurses had received occupational protection training of chemotherapy were the influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of knowledge,attitude and practice of occupational protection of chemotherapy among nurses in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi province needed to be further improved,especially those with low education,secondary hospitals,non-oncology departments and those without chemotherapy protection training.Hospital administrators should establish and perfect the management system of occupational protection of chemotherapy for nursing staff,and attach importance to the training of occupational protection of chemotherapy.
