我国三级公立医院住院患者护工服务满意度调查

Survey on Service Satisfaction of Inpatient Nursing Assistants in Tertiary Public Hospitals in China

目的 调查我国三级公立医院住院患者护工服务满意度,分析影响因素,为政策制定提供参考。方法 依托第5次“全国改善医疗服务行动第三方评估”项目,选取全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)及新疆生产建设兵团共143家三级公立医院住院患者进行调查。应用SPSS 24.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果 住院患者对护工服务满意度为95.40%,接受护工服务类型以“医院配置的付费护工”为主(46.98%)。户籍、医院分布地区、医院类型、护工类型是住院患者护工服务满意度影响因素。结论 三级公立医院住院患者对护工服务总体满意度较高。制定护工准入和管理等相关政策时需综合考虑城乡差距、东西部经济水平以及不同类型医院特点。

Objective To investigate the service satisfaction of inpatient nursing assistants in tertiary public hospitals in China and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for policy making.Methods Based on the fifth"Third Party Evaluation of National Action to Improve Medical Services"project,the inpatients in 143 tertiary public hospitals from 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were investigated.The SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The satisfaction of inpatients with nursing assistant service was 95.40%,and the main type of nursing assistant service was"paid nursing assistant configured by the hospital"(46.98%).Household registration,hospital distribution area,hospital type and nursing assistant type were the influencing factors of inpatient nursing assistant satisfaction.Conclusion Inpatients in tertiary public hospitals had a higher overall satisfaction with nursing assistant services.The gap between urban and rural areas,the economic level of the east and the west,and the characteristics of different types of hospitals should be taken into consideration when formulating access and management related policies on nursing assistant.
