摘要
高频变压器是开关电源的重要部件,其质量的好坏直接影响到整个开关电源的性能。高频变压器的设计是开关电源设计的核心,也是难点。高频率、高功率因数、高功率密度和良好的电磁兼容性,使变压器设计变得既繁琐又复杂。设计方法也因开关电源不同拓扑结构而不同,常用的有输入功率法、输出功率法、感应电流法、面积乘积(AP)法等。本设计将以AP法为例,介绍正激式变换器拓扑结构的高频变压器设计方法。
High frequency transformer is an important part of switching power supply.Its quality directly affects the performance of the whole switching power supply.The design of high frequency transformer is the core and difficulty of switching power supply design.High frequency,high power factor,high power density and good electromagnetic compatibility make the design of transformer to be tedious and complicated.The design method is also different because of the different topologies of switching power supplies,commonly used are input power method,output power method,induction current method,area product(AP)method,etc.This design will take AP method as an example to introduce the high frequency transformer topology.
