摘要
视频(关键帧)自动总结和剪辑[1]是一种高效的方式,可以快速地从大量的监控数据中提取关键信息。只针对少量以及更加准确的关键帧进行分析,将会大大节省计算时间和计算量。本文将介绍一种基于连续帧之间的能量变化来检测和分类关键帧的算法,可以用来识别检测不同格式的视频,并且可以输出动态和静态的关键帧。
Video(key-frame)automatic summarization/skimming is an efficiently pattern,the key information can be quickly extracted from large amounts of monitored data.Studying only a few and more accurate keyframes will greatly save computing time and amount.This paper introduces an algorithm for detecting and classifying keyframes based on energy changes between continuous frames that can be used to identify videos detecting different formats and can output dynamic and static keyframes.
