汽车ABS ECU烧录测试一体机设计与应用

摘要 以汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)电子控制单元(ECU)的生产测试流程为研究对象,研发了一套集成式烧录测试一体机系统,用于产线上ECU的烧录测试自动化作业。硬件由工控机、负载箱、开关电源、烧录器、扫码枪、采集卡和气动治具组成。软件采用LabVIEW开发,通过调用各设备的应用程序接口(API),实现了ECU各模块的检测。在系统的主界面,只需选择待测车型,后台即进行初始化配置,并自动调用对应的烧录程序和测试例程,从而保证了测试的一致性。同时,界面上还设置了自动/手动切换控制开关,保证了系统各功能模块可独立运行。实际应用表明,一体机交互界面友好、操作简便、测试效率高、通用性强,可满足基于不同传感器类型、不同通信协议的ECU程序烧录与功能检测。该系统对于电子手刹控制器、线控制动器和电子稳定性控制器的测试研究也具有一定的参考意义。 In terms of the research object on the production test process of anti-lock braking system(ABS)electronic control unit(ECU),an integrated system is developed for ECU automated burning and testing on the production line.The hardware is composed of industrial computer,load box,switching power supply,burning device,barcode scanner,data acquisition card and pneumatic fixture.The software is developed by using LabVIEW.The test on each ECU module is realized by calling the application programming interface(API)of each device.While the vehicle model is selected to be tested on the main interface of the system,the initial configuration is carried on the background,and the corresponding image and routine are automatically called to make sure that the test is consistent.And the automatic/manual switch are set on the interface to ensure that each function module of the system can be run independently.The practical application shows that the integrated system has merits of friendly interface,easy operation,high efficiency and strong generality,which can satisfy the requirements of image burning and functional testing of ECU based on different sensor types and communication protocols.For the test research of electrical park brake,brake-by-wire system and electronic stability controller,it still has certain reference significance.
