摘要
为解决现阶段油浸式电流互感器补油时放油阀阀芯位移较大等问题,在不同管路布设条件下提出了油浸式电流互感器补油策略,以保障放油阀阀芯稳定、提高补油效果。依据油浸式电流互感器基本原理,设计互感器试验装置,并根据油浸式电流互感器加速老化理论,对比分析不同管路布设条件下电流互感器加速老化因子与温度的变化。由于互感器补油后出现气泡会加快互感器老化,设计了真空无气泡补油机,将该补油机应用至油浸式电流互感器中补油,以实现互感器补油技术的优化。经试验验证:该技术能够有效降低互感器补油压力值以及补油过程中的放油阀阀芯位移程度,实现抽真空作业,且在互感器2的管路布设条件下优势更显著,值得推广和应用至各领域的互感器补油工作中。
To solve the problems of oil-immersed current transformer oil replenishment,the strategy of oil-immersed current transformer oil replenishment is proposed under different pipeline layout conditions to ensure the stability of the oil release valve spool and improve the oil replenishment effect.Based on the basic principle of oil-immersed current transformer,the transformer test device is designed,and the changes of accelerated aging factor and temperature of current transformer under different piping layout conditions are compared and analyzed according to the accelerated aging theory of oil-immersed current transformer.Since bubbles will accelerate the aging of transformers after oiling,a vacuum bubble-free oiling machine is designed.And it is applied it to oil-immersed current transformers to optimize the oiling technology of transformers.It has been verified that the technology can effectively reduce the transformer oiling pressure and the displacement of the oil release valve spool in the process of oiling,and realize the vacuum operation,and the advantages are more significant under the piping layout of transformer 2,so it is worth promoting and applying to the oiling of transformers in various fields.
