亚麻油与棕榈油混合添加对绒山羊瘤胃发酵功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验利用体内法研究亚麻油和棕榈油混合添加对绒山羊瘤胃发酵功能的影响。采用3×3完全拉丁方试验设计,随机将12只体重相近的成年健康阿尔巴斯白绒山羊分为3组,分别为棕榈油组、混合油组以及亚麻油组,每组4只。混合油组的亚麻油与棕榈油的配比为6:4。试验日粮精粗比50:50,油脂添加量占全日粮的2%。试验分3期进行,每期28 d,包含7 d预试期和21 d正式试验期,正式试验期最后2 d,分别于晨饲前0小时时和晨饲后6小时时口腔采集瘤胃液,测定相关指标。结果表明,在晨饲前0小时时和晨饲后6小时,混合油组对瘤胃内pH无显著影响(P>0.05)。在晨饲前0小时时,混合油组与棕榈油组相比氨态氮(NH;-N)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);与亚麻油组相比,混合油组原虫数量显著降低(P<0.05)。在晨饲后6小时时,混合油组与棕榈油相比,NH;-N浓度和原虫数量均显著降低(P<0.05)。在晨饲前0小时时和晨饲后6小时时,混合油组与棕榈油组相比,瘤胃丙酸含量显著提高(P<0.05),并且混合油组乙酸的比例显著降低(P<0.05)。在晨饲前0小时时,相比棕榈油组,混合油组能够显著提高菌体蛋白(BCP)的浓度(P<0.05),在晨饲后6小时时,与棕榈油和亚麻油组相比,混合油组的BCP浓度均显著增加(P<0.05)。综上,亚麻油与棕榈油以6:4混合添加,可增加瘤胃微生物蛋白与丙酸的生成,降低原虫数量,促进瘤胃发酵。 The effect of mixed addition of linseed oil and palm oil on Rumen Fermentation of cashmere goats was studied by in vivo method.Using 3×3 complete Latin square experimental design,12 healthy adult Albas White Cashmere Goats with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups:palm oil group,mixed oil group and linseed oil group,with four goats in each group.The proportion of flax oil and palm oil in the mixed oil group was 6:4.The ratio of concentrate to roughage was 50:50,and the amount of oil was 2% of the whole diet.Each trial lasted for 28 days,including a 7-day pre feeding period and a 21-day formal trial period.In the last two days of the formal trial period,tumor gastric juice was collected twice at the 0 hour before morning feeding and the 6 th hour after morning feeding,and relevant indexes were measured.The results showed that:the mixed oil group had no significant effect on rumen pH at before and the 6 th hour after morning feeding(P>0.05).At the 0 hour,the concentration of NH;-N in mixed oil group was significantly lower than that in palm oil group(P<0.05),and the number of protozoa in mixed oil group was significantly lower than that in linseed oil group(P<0.05).At the 6 th hour after morning feeding,the concentration of NH;-N and the number of protozoa in the mixed oil group were significantly lower than those in palm oil group(P<0.05).At the 0 hour before morning feeding and the 6 th hour after morning feeding,the acetic of propionic acid in mixed oil group was significantly higher than that in palm oil group(P<0.05),and the acetic of acetic acid could be significantly reduced(P<0.05).The results showed that the mixed oil group could increase the content of BCP and the proportion of propionic acid in rumen,reduce the concentration of NH;-N and the number of protozoa,and improve rumen fermentation.
