水和温度作用下水泥乳化沥青砂浆的动态力学性能研究

摘要 采用尺寸为17.21 mm×10 mm×2.5 mm的水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)薄片,将其真空饱水和真空干燥。利用DMA Q800动态力学分析仪研究了CA砂浆在-40~60℃和6 Hz荷载频率下动态力学性能随温度的发展规律。试验结果表明:在温度较低时,饱水试件由于冰的存在使得储存模量E'、损耗模量E"和损耗因子tanδ都明显高于干燥试件和气干试件;随着温度的升高,饱水试件的E'和E"都迅速减小,而干燥和气干试件的E'逐渐减小、E"先增大后减小,最终三者的E'和E"趋于接近;饱水试件的tanδ先减小后增大再减小,气干试件的tanδ先增大后减小,干燥试件的tanδ逐渐增大。 The size of cement emulsified asphalt mortar(CA mortar)chips is 17.21 mm×10 mm×2.5 mm.The chips were dried and saturated by water in the vacuum chamber.The dynamic mechanical properties with temperature of CA mortar in the temperature range of-40~60℃and at 6 Hz was studied by dynamic mechanical analyzer DMA Q800 developped by TA Instruments.The results show that at low temperature,the storage modulus E',loss modulus E"and loss factor tanδof the saturated specimens are significantly greater than those of dry and air dried specimens due to the existence of ice.With the increase of temperature,both E'and E"of saturated specimens decrease rapidly,while E'of dry and air dried specimens decreases gradually,E"first increases and then decreases,and finally E'and E"of the three specimens tend to be close.The tanδof the water saturated specimen decreases first and then increases and then decreases,the tanδof the air dried specimen increases first and then decreases,and the tanδof the dried specimen increases gradually.
