模拟仿生结构提高透水砖耐磨性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以透水砖为研究对象,模拟耐磨性强的仿生结构,构建软硬梯度结构和缓冲空穴结构,提高透水路面砖的面层耐磨性。使用Image-Pro Plus软件分析磨损面空穴结构比例,控制胶砂比改变空穴结构数量,当胶砂比为0.22时,耐磨性最佳。对比不同粒径和不同强度的骨料对透水砖面层耐磨性的影响,发现粒径对面层耐磨性影响有限,提高骨料强度可以有效提高面层耐磨性。通过替代部分骨料和增韧胶凝材料来构造软硬相间的梯度材料,在环氧树脂胶凝材料中添加3%纳米SiO2的条件下,用6%橡胶颗粒替代骨料能够大幅提高耐磨性。综上结果,模拟仿生结构透水砖较水泥基透水砖面层耐磨性提高43%。 Taking permeable brick as the research object,the bionic structure with strong wear resistance is simulated,and the soft and hard gradient structure and buffer cavity structure are constructed to improve the surface wear resistance of permeable pavement brick.Firstly,the proportion of cavity structure on the wear surface is analyzed by Image-Pro Plus software,and the proportion of cementitious material is changed to control the number of cavity structure.It is found that the wear resistance is the best when the proportion of cementitious material is 0.22.After that,comparing the wear resistance of aggregates with different particle size and strength,it is found that the particle size has limited influence on the wear resistance of the surface layer,and improving the aggregate strength can effectively improve the wear resistance of the surface layer.Then some aggregates and cementitious materials are toughened to form soft and hard gradient materials.Through the experiment,it is found that adding 3%nano-SiO2 to the epoxy cementitious material can improve the toughness,and adding 6%rubber particles to the coupling aggregate can greatly improve the wear resistance.In conclusion,the wear resistance of simulated bionic structure permeable brick is 43%higher than that of ordinary permeable brick.
