摘要
模拟地下室侧墙受力情况,以沥青基高粘抗滑防水涂料为研究对象,分析了沥青基防水涂料的动力黏度、固含量和干固质量损失率对防水涂料喷涂施工性能、立面抗流挂性能和施工效率的影响。并结合防水涂料干湿密度和干固时间,计算了目前主流沥青基高粘抗滑防水涂料在理想施工条件下的最快施工速度,得出了影响施工效率的最主要因素,为现场施工提供了理论参考。
The effects of dynamic viscosity,solid content and dry solid mass loss rate of asphalt based waterproof coating on spraying performance,facade anti sagging performance and construction efficiency of waterproof coating are analyzed by simulating the stress of basement side wall and taking asphalt based high viscosity anti sliding waterproof coating as the research object.Combined with the dry and wet density and dry solid time of waterproof coating,the fastest construction speed of mainstream asphalt based high viscosity anti slip waterproof coating products under ideal construction conditions is calculated,and the main factors affecting construction efficiency are obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for on-site construction.
