摘要
基于中、西医两种医学模式的课程内容和教学特点,探讨开设中西医比较史课程的实践效果,以期为医学专业学生的中西医结合思维创新提供参考。将中西医比较史课程设置为专业选修课,大二至大四年级中医专业学生自主选修,过程性评价考核和期末考核相结合对学生进行综合评价。学生可系统化地学习中西医在理论基础、知识构架、研究对象、概念属性、防病治病、中药西药等方面存在的异同和联系,加深对中医、西医的理解能力,减轻学习过程中的难度。中西医比较史课程的开设非常有必要,有助于医学生在中西医结合领域寻找新的支撑点和可行性。
Based on the course contents and teaching characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,this paper discusses the practical effect of setting up the course of comparative history of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,in order to provide reference for the thinking innovation of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for medical students.The course of comparative history of traditional Chinese and western medicine is set as a major elective course,and students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine from sophomore to senior take it as an elective course independently.A comprehensive evaluation of students is carried out by combining process evaluation and final assessment.Students can systematically learn the similarities and differences between Chinese and western medicine in terms of theoretical basis,knowledge structure,research objects,conceptual attributes,disease prevention and treatment,Chinese medicine and western medicine,deepen their understanding of Chinese medicine and western medicine,and reduce the difficulty in learning process.The course of comparative history of traditional Chinese and western medicine is necessary to help medical students find a new support and feasibility in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
