固本平喘方纳米脂质体雾化吸入剂改善哮喘豚鼠病理状态的研究

Study on the Pathological State of the Nebulized Nanoliposome Inhalation of Guben Pingchuan Formula on Asthmatic Guinea Pigs

目的:研究固本平喘方雾化吸入后治疗效果。方法:将39只豚鼠分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、中药对照组、固本平喘吸入剂小剂量组、固本平喘吸入剂大剂量组、西药对照组6组,采用固本平喘中医纳米脂质体雾化吸入,观察一般情况、血常规和病理改变。结果:模型组与其他组比较,白细胞(WBC)、嗜酸性细胞(EO)水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义。正常组由于雾化等因素影响,存在肺动脉壁增厚和轻微炎症的情况。哮喘模型组的炎症情况最为严重,动脉壁增厚。中药对照组炎症情况减轻,伴有肉芽组织增生。结论:固本平喘方纳米脂质体雾化吸入剂对哮喘豚鼠的病理学有一定的改善作用。

Objective To assess the inhalation therapy of nebulized Guben Pingchuan.Method 39 guinea pigs were divided into six groups:normal control group,asthma model group,traditional Chinese medicine control group,Guben Pingchuan low-dose inhalation group,Guben Pingchuan high-dose inhalation group,and Western medicine control group.The nebulized nanoliposomes of Guben Pingchuan were inhaled by the six groups and we measured the allergy-related immunological indicators.Result The levels of WBC and eosinophil(EO)were significantly higher in model group and other groups.The normal group had pulmonary artery wall thickening and slight inflammation due to atomization and other factors.The inflammation of asthma model group was the most serious,and the arterial wall was thickened.In the control group,inflammation was alleviated,accompanied by granulation tissue hyperplasia.Conclusion The nebulized nanoliposome inhalation of Guben Pingchuan could improve the pathology of asthmatic guinea pigs to a certain extent.
