摘要
目的:建立黑锁梅根的生药学研究方法,找出鉴别特征,为质量标准研究及深入研究开发提供依据。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、化学成分分析及薄层色谱鉴别等方法进行系统的研究。结果:黑锁梅根表面有较密并深陷的细纵皱纹。根横切面木栓层有石细胞散在。韧皮部宽广,射线向外呈喇叭状并渐弯曲。木质部发达。粉末特征中石细胞类方形、长方形或类圆形,胞腔较大,纹孔明显。淀粉粒脐点点状、短缝状、人字形;层纹不明显。经过化学成分的系统预试验结果显示,主要含有多肽、蛋白质、糖类、苷类、黄酮类化合物等成分;薄层色谱结果显示,3个不同产地黑锁梅根药材在相同位置上显现相同的斑点,重现性较好。结论:研究结果为其进一步的深入研究和质量标准研究奠定了基础。
Objective:To establish the pharmacognostic research method of Radix Prunus Nivei,find out the identification characteristics,and provide the basis for the quality standard research and further research and development.Methods:The methods of character identification,microscopic identification,chemical composition analysis and TLC identification were used.Results:There were dense and deep longitudinal wrinkles on the surface of Prunus niveus.There are stone cells scattered in the cork layer of the root cross section.The phloem is broad and the rays are trumpet shaped outward and gradually curved.The xylem is well developed.In the powder characteristics,the stone cells are square,rectangular or round,with large cavities and obvious pits.The starch granules are umbilically punctate,short slit and herringbone;The lamination is not obvious.The results of systematic pre-test of chemical composition showed that it mainly contained peptides,proteins,sugars,glycosides,flavonoids and other components;The results of TLC showed that the same spots appeared at the same position in the three samples with good reproducibility.Conclusion:The results lay a foundation for further study and quality standard research.
