中西医治疗糖尿病肾病的研究概况

Study on the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

糖尿病肾病(DN)既是糖尿病严重并发症之一,又是慢性肾病的主要表现类型。中医认为本病多以本虚标实虚为主,尤以脾肾亏虚为本,痰浊血瘀为标;西医学认为本病多以肾小球血流动力学改变、氧化应激和炎症反应等有关。中医和西医治疗糖尿病肾病各有侧重,中医多采用辨证论治、个体化治疗及中医外治法为主,西医采用对症治疗为主。文章就糖尿病肾病的治疗进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is not only one of the serious complications of diabetes,but also an important manifestation of chronic kidney disease.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease is mainly based on the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,especially the phlegm and blood stasis.According to western medicine,this disease is mainly related to glomerular hemodynamic changes,oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction.The treatment of diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has its own emphasis.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on syndrome differentiation,individualized treatment and external treatment.Western medicine mainly uses symptomatic treatment.The author summarized the treatment of this disease and provided the research direction for clinic.
