Objective This article aims to explore the operation management method for multi-area public hospitals by applying advanced information technology so as to optimize the allocation of medical resources,and promote high-quality development of public hospitals.Method Base on the sharing of medical and information resources,optimizing the business processes,making full use of information technology for data mining to serve the construction of operation management system for multi-area public hospitals.Result It provides decision-making basis for the management,solves operation difficulties of multi-area public hospitals,increases the quality and efficiency of public hospital management,and provides a reference model for operation system construction of multi-area public hospitals.Conclusion The establishment of operation management model for multi-area hospital based on intelligence can promote the operation management level of large public hospitals and accelerate high-quality development of public hospitals.
