全国公立儿童医院基本药物使用情况分析与建议

Analysis and Suggestion on the Use of Essential Medicines in Public Children’s Hospitals Nationwide

目的分析国家基本药物目录对儿童医院常用药品的覆盖程度,基于分析结果对国家药品政策提出建议。方法利用国家药品使用监测系统中36所儿童专科医院2016—2019年用药数据,筛选使用范围比较普遍,同时使用量和使用金额比较大的药品。分析其中基本药物的品种占比和非基本药物同剂型下品规数占比。结果儿童医院常用药品的基本药物品种占比达到46%,品规占比为37.7%。结论国家基本药物目录经过多次调整优化,目前对儿童常用药品的品种覆盖程度基本可以满足临床药品的使用需要。但可以在品种不变的基础上,通过增补部分适宜儿童的剂型和小剂量制剂,进一步满足儿童用药需要。

Objective To analyze National Essential Medicines List(NEML)’s coverage of frequently used medicines in children’s hospitals and make suggestions on national medicine policy based on results.Methods The medicine use data of 36 children’s specialized hospitals covered in the National Medicine Use Monitoring system from 2016 to 2019 were used to screen medicine that were widely used and cost great amounts of money.Identify the proportion of essential medicine and analyze dose usage and specification of non-essential drugs.Results In children’s hospital,essential drugs accounted for 46%of the common drugs,and the proportion of the specification was 37.7%.Conclusions After multiple adjustment of NEML,frequently used medicines covered by the list can basically meet the needs of clinicaluse.However,on the basis of the same variety,some dosage forms suitable for children and small dosage preparations can be supplemented to further meet the needs of children’s medication.
