融合创新创业能力培养的立体化实践教学模式——以旅游管理本科教学改革为例

The Three-dimensional Practical Teaching Mode Integrating Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability--Taking Teaching Reform of Tourism Management Undergraduate as an Example

传统的实践教学存在教学模式单一、课程设计不合理、考核实施不力等问题,一流高校旅游管理专业毕业生流失到非旅游行业的占比不断加重。文章以旅游管理课程改革为例,提出把创新创业能力培养融合到专业课程教育,立体化覆盖应用于课堂和课外、校内和校外,从多视角、多场合、多场景、多机会构建四种立体化实践教学模式和实现路径:问题导向案例分析实践型、企业现场实习实践型、情景模拟实验实践型和双创孵化基地实践型。

This paper takes the reform of tourism management curriculum as an example,puts forward the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship into professional curriculum education.Three-dimensional coverage is applied to classroom and extracurricular,on-campus and out-of-school,combining professional theoretical teaching effectively with students'innovative ideas and entrepreneurial conditions to form four three-dimensional practical teaching modes of problem-oriented case analysis practice,enterprise on-site practice,scenario simulation experiment practice and double-invasive incubation base practice.Finally,the realization path of the three-dimensional practice teaching mode is put forward.
