高职学生学习力评估指标体系的构建探索

摘要 对高职院校学前教育学生做学习力评估指标体系构建的探索,旨在真实反映该专业学生学习力实际水平,发挥评估指标体系的导向和促进作用,从而提升学前教育人才培养质量。评估指标体系包括学习动力、学习能力、学习毅力和学习转化力4个一级指标,9个二级指标,25个三级指标。通过对中山职业技术学院学前教育专业2019级2个班96名学生进行学习力评估,得出该专业学生个体学习力水平和整体学习力情况。 This paper explores the construction of the evaluation index system of learning ability for preschool education students in higher vocational colleges,aiming at reflecting the actual level of learning ability of the students in this major,giving play to the guiding and promoting role of the evaluation index system,and thus improving the quality of talent cultivation in preschool education.The evaluation index system includes 4 first-level indexes,9 second-level indexes and 25 third-level indexes,including learning motivation,learning ability,learning perseverance and learning transformation.Based on the learning ability assessment of 96 students from 2 classes of the pre-school education major of Zhongshan Polytechnic in 2019,the individual learning ability level and the overall learning ability of the students in this major are obtained.
