摘要
中国大学的学风普遍有懈怠的现象,大学生缺少积极学习的态度和自主学习的习惯,激发大学生的学习积极性,成为高校教师的重要课题。即时型行为激励可以引导学生自主管理式学习,激发学生的学习动机和驱动力。这种新颖的教学改革,主要是针对学习小组和个体的学习行为表现进行日常积分考核,按照积分规则进行加分或者减分,形成小组和个人的学习积分排名,公平、公开、透明的竞赛机制,激发大学生好胜心和学习潜能,推动大学生课堂上的良性互动,个体学业和整体学风得到明显提升和好转。
Chinese universities are generally slack off in their style of study.College students lack a positive learning attitude and independent learning habits,which can stimulate the enthusiasm of college students in learning,and have become an important topic for college teachers.Instant behavior incentive can guide students to manage independent learning and stimulate students'learning motivation and driving force.This novel teaching reform,mainly for the learning group and individual learning behavior performance daily points assessment,add points or points rules,form group and individual learning points ranking,fair,open,transparent competition mechanism,stimulated college students competitive and learning potential,promote the positive interaction of college students in class,individual studies and the overall style of study is significantly improved and improved.
