基于智能终端的安全高效牵引轨道式设备列车及在线防跑车系统

摘要 随着煤矿开采技术的数字化、信息化、自动化和智能化发展和需求,综采工作面设备列车作为整个工作面的“大脑”,承担着所有设备的供电、供液、控制及监视任务。由于列车上的设备越来越多,一个综采工作面的设备列车有时长达200多米,全国绝大部分煤矿还采用“铺设轨道+绞车拉移”的方式对设备列车进行牵引。由于巷道的起伏和变坡,给列车的频繁移动带来极大的安全隐患,为解决设备列车的安全高效拉移,研究出利用井下智能终端牵引轨道式设备列车,同时还设计实现设备列车在线防跑车系统及静止状态下的阻车装置。 With the development and demand of digitization,informationization,automation and intelligence of coal mining technology,the equipment train of fully mechanized mining face,as the"brain"of the whole working face,undertakes the tasks of power supply,liquid supply,control and monitoring of all equipment.Due to the increasing number of equipment on the train,the equipment train in a fully mechanized mining face is sometimes more than 200 meters long,and the vast majority of coal mines in China also use the method of"track laying+winch pulling"to traction the equipment train.Due to the undulation and slope change of the roadway,it brings great hidden danger to the frequent movement of the train.In order to solve the safe and efficient pulling of the equipment train,the underground intelligent terminal is used to pull the rail equipment train,at the same time,the on-line anti-sports car system of the equipment train and the car blocking device in the static state are designed and realized.
