摘要
基于大质量载荷快速释放的技术需求,采用电磁线圈发射技术,设计一种一体化轻小型电磁推射装置原理样机。根据设计参数,在Ansoft maxwell仿真软件中进行系统建模和仿真计算,仿真结果表明:对于20 kg的载荷,可实现弹射初速不低于6 m/s,过载不超过300 g,推射系统重量不超过100 kg。根据设计参数,完成原理样机研制,并搭载模拟载荷进行试验验证,试验结果和仿真结果高度吻合。
Based on the technical requirement of rapid release of heavy mass load,an integrated light and small electromagnetic ejector prototype is designed by using electromagnetic coil launch technology.According to the design parameters,the system modeling and simulation calculation are carried out in the Ansoft maxwell simulation software.The simulation results show that for the load of 20 kg,the initial velocity of ejection is not lower than 6 m/s,the overload is not more than 300 g,and the weight of the ejection system is not more than 100 kg.According to the design parameters,the development of the principle prototype is completed,the experimental verification is carried out with the simulated load,and the test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
