低温地板辐射采暖系统的新型控制策略

摘要 低温地板辐射采暖相比于空调、暖气等常规采暖方式,具有均匀散热、对流加热、节约能源、节省空间等一系列优势。在地板辐射采暖系统推广使用的过程中,如何提高该系统的温度调控精度成为一项亟待解决的关键问题。文章提出一种基于模糊PI控制策略的地板辐射采暖系统,在概述模糊PI控制系统结构、模糊规则设计的基础上,进行PI控制器的仿真实验,结果表明该系统仿真模型的制热速度较快,性能较为稳定。随后搭建地板辐射采暖系统的模拟水箱控制实验台,验证不同环境温度下地板辐射采暖系统的加热效果。结果表明,环境温度对温控器调节室内温度的影响显著,并且环境温度越高,室内温度达到指定温度的用时越短。 Compared with conventional heating methods such as air conditioning and heating,low-temperature floor radiant heating has a series of advantages such as uniform heat dissipation,convection heating,energy saving,and space saving.In the process of popularization and use of floor radiant heating system,how to improve the temperature control accuracy of the system has become a key problem to be solved urgently.In this paper,a radiant floor heating system based on fuzzy PI control strategy is proposed.On the basis of summarizing the structure of the fuzzy PI control system and the design of fuzzy rules,the simulation experiment of the PI controller is carried out.The results show that the heating speed of the simulation model of the system is Faster and more stable performance.Subsequently,a simulated water tank control test bench for the floor radiant heating system was built to verify the heating effect of the floor radiant heating system under different ambient temperatures.The results show that the influence of the ambient temperature on the indoor temperature regulation by the thermostat is significant,and the higher the ambient temperature,the shorter the time it takes for the indoor temperature to reach the specified temperature.
