汽车整车制造企业VOCs污染对大气环境的影响及防治研究

近年来,VOCs排放量巨大,污染形势严峻,对大气造成的污染愈发严重。文章以汽车整车制造企业为研究对象,选择不同车间进行VOCs检测并对其污染特征进行研究,以此阐述其对大气环境的影响,进而从事前(源头削减)、事中(过程控制)、事后(末端处理)3个方面提出汽车整车制造企业VOCs污染防治措施。以期在满足工业化生产需求的前提下,让大气污染防治成为常态化。

In recent years,the emission of VOCs is huge,the pollution situation is severe,and the pollution to the atmosphere is becoming more and more serious.This paper takes automobile manufacturing enterprises as the research object,selects different workshops for VOCs detection and studies its pollution characteristics,so as to elaborate its impact on the atmospheric environment,and then puts forward the prevention and control measures of VOCs pollution in automobile manufacturing enterprises from three stages:Before(source reduction),during(process control)and after(end treatment)air pollution.In order to make the prevention and control of air pollution normal under the premise of meeting the needs of industrial production.
