摘要
为更好地适应当前机制砂生产混凝土的现状,本文研究了机制砂细度模数和砂率对自密实混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:随着机制砂细度模数的增加,自密实混凝土的工作性逐渐变差,强度呈先增后降的趋势,试验条件下选择细度模数M_(x)为2.68的机制砂配制自密实混凝土更优;砂率过大或者过小均会对自密实混凝土工作性能和强度产生不利影响,试验条件下最佳的砂率为50%。
In order to better adapt to the current situation of concrete production from manufactured sand,this paper studied the effects of manufactured sand fineness modulus and sand ratio on the performance of self-compacting concrete.The research results show that with the increase of the fineness modulus of the manufactured sand,the workability of the self-compacting concrete gradually deteriorates,and the strength first increases and then decreases,under the test conditions,it is better to choose machine-made sand with fineness modulus M x 2.68 to prepare self-compacting concrete.If the sand ratio is too large or too small,it will adversely affect the workability and strength of self-compacting concrete.The optimal sand ratio under the test conditions is 50%.
