摘要
高强无收缩灌浆料具有良好的施工性能和力学性能,在大型设备侧壁人孔应用过程中由于施工条件复杂,施工难度大,易形成裂缝,对设备后期使用功能及构件整体性、安全性造成影响。本文结合实际工程案例,对高强无收缩灌浆料施工工艺、物理性能、设备构件钢筋固定连接等控制改进,提高高强无收缩灌浆料在大型设备侧壁人孔应用过程中的抗开裂性能。结果表明,通过优化灌浆料配合比,引入占胶凝材料1%的水化热抑制剂,精确控制现场拌合用水量等措施的裂缝控制技术,能较好的减少裂缝的产生。
High-strength non-shrinkage grouting material has good construction performance and mechanical performance,but in the application of large equipment side wall manhole due to complex construction conditions,construction difficulties,easy to form cracks,it has an effect on the function of the equipment and the integrity and safety of the components.Combined with the actual project case,through the construction technology of highstrength non-shrinkage grouting material,physical properties,equipment components,steel bar fixed connection,etc.,the anti-cracking performance of the high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material in the application of manhole on the side wall of large equipment is effectively improved.
