摘要
针对Q235钢的耐磨性较差,通过采用冷金属过渡堆焊技术进行堆焊,并进行显微组织、显微硬度、X射线衍射实验、耐磨性分析、冲击韧性以及冲击断口的扫描电镜及能谱分析实验,得到相应结果。
In view of the poor wear resistance of Q235 steel,first using cold metal transition surfacing technology for surfacing welding,and then,microstructure,microhardness,X-ray diffraction experiments,wear resistance analysis,impact toughness,and scanning electron microscopy and spectrum analysis experiments of impact fracture were conducted to obtain the corresponding results.
