摘要
攀钢钒冷轧厂罩式炉扩能后,氢气用量增加,原2#制氢装置设计产能不足。为节约投资,在设备利旧前提下,将2#制氢装置由四塔工艺改造为八塔工艺,实现2#制氢装置产气能力750 m^(3)/h。针对2#制氢装置八塔工艺过程、参数,以优化系统运行压力、200#TSA预处理工序、300#PSA-H_(2)工序运行时间参数设置作为主要研究对象,找出最优运行参数,确定吸附时间最佳范围,指导2#制氢装置运行操作。
After the expansion of the capacity of the bell furnace in the cold rolling mill of Pansteel Vanadium,the hydrogen consumption increased and the designed capacity of the original 2#hydrogen production unit was insufficient.In order to save investment the 2#hydrogen production unit was transformed from a four-tower process to an eighttower process under the premise of used equipment utilization,and the gas production capacity of the 2#hydrogen production unit was achieved at 750 m^(3)/h.Aiming at the process and parameters of the eight towers of the 2#hydrogen production plant,the optimization of system operating pressure,200#TSA pretreatment process and 300#PSA-H2 process operating time parameter settings are the main objects of study to find out the optimal operating parameters and determine the best range of adsorption time to guide the operation of the 2#hydrogen production plant.
