摘要
某钢厂一台饱和蒸汽发电汽轮机不能带负荷,分析认为汽轮机通流部位大量积盐需要清洗。经揭汽轮机大盖分析积盐成份和现场调查,主要原因是热轧生产线加热炉汽包水位高、满水,产生汽水共腾现象,并产生过水冲击,从而导致通流部分严重积盐堵塞。同时化学监督失控不可避免会造成大的停机损害事故。对过热炉、主汽门滤网、汽轮机转子、叶片、隔板进行清洗,规范饱和蒸汽发电的水汽质量管理后,汽轮机各运行参数恢复正常。
A saturated steam generating turbine in a steel plant could not carry load,and the analysis concluded that a large amount of salt accumulated in the turbine flow path needed to be cleaned.After uncovering the turbine cover to analyze the salt composition and site investigation,the main reason is the high drum water level of the hot rolling line heating furnace,resulting in the phenomenon of steam and water co-temperature,as well aswater shock,which leads to serious salt blockage in the flow path.At the same time,uncontrolled chemical supervision inevitably leads to major downtime damage accidents.After cleaning the superheater,main stop valve strainer,turbine rotors,blades and spacers,and standardizing the water and steam quality management for saturated steam power generation,all operating parameters of the turbine were restored to normal.
