摘要
针对某钢厂镀锌管蒸发式冷却塔清洗要求,采用“物理+化学”交替进行的方式对围板、填料及镀锌换热盘管表面的污垢进行清理去除。使用高压水枪对表面疏松的垢进行物理冲洗剥离,酸性清洗剂和镀锌管酸洗缓蚀剂JH-RE100投加于冷却塔蓄水池中进行化学循环清洗。达到预期清洗效果,基本洗净冷却塔围板及填料,镀锌管主要包裹硬垢变软脱落,部分镀锌管可见金属光泽;循环冷却水温差降低至少3℃,延长设备使用寿命,提高换热效率,使设备长期保持在良好的运行状态。
In response to the galvanized tube evaporative cooling tower cleaning requirements in a steel plant,the use of "physical + chemical" alternate way to clean and remove the dirt on the surface of the enclosure,packing and galvanized heat exchanger coils was taken. Using a highpressure water gun on the surface of the loose scale for physical rinsing stripping,acidic cleaning agent and galvanized pipe pickling corrosion inhibitor JH-RE100 were added to the cooling tower reservoir for recycle chemical cleaning. The expected cleaning effect was achieved,the cooling tower enclosure and filler were basically cleaned,galvanized tube mainly wrapped hard scale softened off,part of the galvanized tube has visible metal luster;circulating cooling water temperature difference reduced at least 3 ℃,the service life of the equipment was extended,the efficiency of heat transfer was improved,so that the equipment was kept in good operating condition for a long time.
