摘要 由于软包装生产企业缺乏应用大数据技术的经验,不能合理挖掘利用生产设备和客户信息等数据,导致其生产效益降低、客户流失增多以及机台设备损坏率大等问题。针对上述问题,本研究利用智慧存储空间系统,构建大数据存储分析系统,然后通过Orange软件结合决策树算法对智慧空间数据进行加工处理,可辅助软包装生产环节作出生产决策,以提高生产工作效率,降低无效成本;同时分析生产企业客户水平以及预测机器的工作状态,及时指导软包装生产企业对机器进行维护和修理、挽留重要客户。本研究通过实验分析结果显示,智慧数据空间的构建有利于软包装生产企业作出有益于生产和业务相关的指导决策,增加企业效益。 Due to the lack of experience in the application of big data technology in flexible packaging production enterprises,they cannot reasonably excavate and utilize production equipment,customer information and other data,resulting in the reduction of production efficiency,increasing customer loss and large damage rate of machine equipment and other problems.In view of the above problems,in this study,intelligent storage space system was used to construct big data storage analysis system,and then Orange software combined with decision tree algorithm was used to process intelligent space data,which could assist flexible packaging production process to make production decisions,improve production efficiency and reduce invalid cost.At the same time,the customer level of production enterprises was analyzed and the working state of the machine was predicted,to timely guide the flexible packaging production enterprises to maintain and repair the machine,and retain important customers.Through experimental analysis,the results showed that the construction of intelligent data space is beneficial to flexible packaging manufacturing enterprises to make guidance decisions that are beneficial to production and business,and increase enterprise benefits.
