摘要
目的探究6S精益化管理用于高校医学实验室管理的效果及满意度。方法以2020年1—10月高校医学实验室管理人员50例、医学生50例为对照组,以2020年11月—2021年8月高校医学实验室管理人员50例、医学生50例为试验组,对照组实施常规管理干预,试验组则实施6S精益化管理干预,分析两组高校医学实验室管理人员、医学生满意度及两组检验标本周转时间等的差异性。结果试验组高校医学实验室管理人员的满意度评分以及医学生的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组检验标本周转时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高校医学实验室管理中实施6S精益化管理,可提高高校医学实验室管理人员、医学生的满意度,降低检验标本的周转时间,意义重大。
Objective To explore the effect and satisfaction of 6S lean management in the management of medical laboratories in colleges and universities.Methods From January to October 2020,50 university medical laboratory managers and 50 medical students were selected as the control group.From November 2020 to August 2021,50 university medical laboratory managers and 50 medical students were selected as the experimental group.The control group was received conventional management intervention,while the experimental group was received 6S lean management intervention.The differences of the satisfaction degree of medical laboratory managers and medical students and the turnover time of test specimens between the two groups were analyzed.Results The satisfaction scores of university medical laboratory managers and medical students in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The turnover time of test specimens in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of 6S lean management in the management of medical laboratories in colleges and universities can improve the satisfaction of medical laboratory managers and medical students in colleges and universities,and reduce the turnaround time of test specimens,which is of great significance.
