信息追溯结合优化流程在口腔器械消毒供应室中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究在消毒供应室口腔器械中联合开展优化流程与信息追溯系统的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年3月—2020年3月清洗的55件口腔器械作为对照组,对其开展常规消毒灭菌清洗;把2020年4—12月清洗的55件口腔器械作为观察组,对其开展信息追随系统与优化流程共同进行。比较两组效果。结果对照组下发错误率12.73%、器械损坏率12.73%、湿包率12.73%,均高于观察组的1.82%、1.82%、1.82%,对照组的清洁率81.82%,低于观察组94.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的灭菌合格率是98.18%,与观察组的100%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的器械回收、器械洗涤合格、包装合格、物品发放合格、应用人员满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室口腔器械中联合开展优化流程与信息追溯系统,效果佳,能使下发错误、器械损坏发生减少,提高清洁率、物品合格率和灭菌合格率,而且还能使临床工作人员满意度提高。 Objective To explore the application effect of jointly developing the optimization process and information traceability system in the disinfection supply room of oral instruments.Methods A total of fifty-five pieces of oral instruments cleaned in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group,and routine disinfection and sterilization were carried out for them.The 55 dental instruments cleaned from April to December 2020 were taken as the observation group,and the information following system and optimization process were carried out together.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The control group’s delivery error rate was 12.73%,the equipment damage rate was 12.73%,and the wet package rate was 12.73%,which were all higher than the observation group’s 1.82%,1.82%,and 1.82%.The control group’s cleaning rate was 81.82%,which was lower than the observation group’s 94.55%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sterilization qualification rate of the control group was 98.18%,which was not statistically significant compared with the observation group’s 100%(P>0.05).The observation group’s equipment recycling,equipment washing qualified,packaging qualified,article distribution qualified rate,and application personnel satisfaction rate were all higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the disinfection supply room dental instruments,the optimization process and the information traceability system are jointly developed.The effect is good.It can reduce the issuing errors and the damage of the instruments,improve the cleaning rate,the qualified rate of items and the qualified rate of sterilization,and also can improve the satisfaction of clinical staff.
