中医康复护理对脑外伤患者术后恢复及社会支持度的影响

Influence of Rehabilitation Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Postoperative Recovery and Social Support of Patients With Brain Injury

目的研究分析脑外伤患者应用中医康复护理对术后功能恢复及社会支持度的作用。方法研究对象选取在医院行手术治疗的脑外伤患者84例,研究时段选定范围2019年1月—2021年1月,以抽签法进行随机分组。应用常规护理的患者为对照组,患者42例,应用中医康复护理干预的患者为观察组,患者42例,评估两组患者治疗前后简易精神状态量表(mini mental state examination,MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评定量表(Montreal cognitive assessment scale,MoCA)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment,FMA)评分、日常生活能力量表(ability of daily living,ADL)评分、功能独立性评定量表(functional independence measure,FIM)评分、社会支持度评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)评分,并统计对比评估结果。结果观察组护理后MMSE评分、MoCA评分、FMA评分、FIM评分分别为(27.81±2.12)分、(27.45±2.03)分、(79.32±6.55)分、(112.18±11.48)分,均高于对照组;ADL评分为(75.13±7.56)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度、社会支持度总分评分分别为(21.17±3.54)分、(10.94±2.16)分、(7.64±1.94)分、(40.12±6.83)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中医康复护理干预的实施,有助于改善脑外伤患者术后功能恢复状况,提高患者社会支持度。

Objective To study and analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on postoperative functional recovery and social support for patients with brain trauma.Methods The study subjects selected 84 patients with brain trauma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital.The study period was selected from January 2019 to January 2021,and randomized by lottery.Patients who received routine care were the control group,with 42 patients,and the patients who used Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention were the observation group,with 42 patients.The two groups were evaluated before and after treatment with the mini mental state examination(MMSE)score and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)score,FuglMeyer motor function assessment(FMA)score,ability of daily living(ADL)score,functional independence measure(FIM)score,social support rating scale(SSRS)score,and statistically compared and evaluated the results.Results The MMSE score,MoCA score,FMA score,and FIM score of the observation group after nursing were(27.81±2.12)points,(27.45±2.03)points,(79.32±6.55)points,and(112.18±11.48)points,respectively,all higher than the control group;ADL score was(75.13±7.56)points,which was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of subjective support,objective support,support utilization,and total social support scores of the observation group after nursing were(21.17±3.54)points,(10.94±2.16)points,(7.64±1.94)points,and(40.12±6.83)points,respectively.Both were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention can help to improve the postoperative functional recovery of patients with brain injury and improve the social support of patients.
