P300在精神分裂症认知功能评估中的应用

Application of P300 in the Assessment of Cognitive Function in Schizophrenia

精神分裂症是一种临床常见的预后不良且致残性极高的精神疾病。认知功能的损害是精神分裂症的核心症状之一,促进认知功能的改善对于精神分裂症患者改善处理社会问题、提高生活质量、回归社会具有重要意义。认知功能评估的方法包括量表评估法、脑电生理学评估法、脑功能成像法。其中,事件相关电位检查作为认知功能评估的脑电生理方法之一,具有“无创性”“科学性”“低成本”的优势。故文章通过检索国内外文献,着重介绍事件相关电位P300成分的特点及在精神分裂症认知功能评估中的应用,为进一步研究精神分裂症与认知功能障碍的关系,从脑电生理学方向预测及干预精神分裂症的临床症状提供新思路。

Schizophrenia is a mental disease with poor prognosis and high disability rate.Impairment of cognitive function is one of the core symptoms of schizophrenia.Thus,improve the cognitive function is significant for schizophrenic patients to improve the ability of dealing with social problems,enhance life quality and return to society.The methods of cognitive function assessment include scale assessment,electrophysiological assessment and brain functional imaging.Eventrelated potential(ERP)could be considered as an assessment method of cognitive function,which has several advantages such as non-invasion,accuracy and economics.Therefore,by searching domestic and foreign literatures,this article focuses on the characteristics of event-related potential P300 components and their application in the evaluation of cognitive function in schizophrenia.To further study the relationship between schizophrenia and cognitive dysfunction,and provide new ideas for predicting and intervening clinical symptoms of schizophrenia from the direction of brain electrophysiology.
