“刑事诉讼法”课程思政教学改革与实践探索 被引量:2

摘要 自全国高校思想政治工作会议后,积极推进课程思政融入专业课程已经成为高等教育改革的重要措施之一。以“刑事诉讼法”课程为例,分析其思想政治本质、理念及表现形式,从挖掘思政元素出发,在内容上设计“刑事诉讼法”的课程思政教学体系,并且从教学方法上提出将课程思政融入“刑事诉讼法”课程教学的现实路径,最后通过建立“刑事诉讼法”课程思政效果评价体系以反馈教学实施的效果,从而实现“刑事诉讼法”课程思政的教学目标。 Since the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,actively promoting the integration of“curriculum ideological and political education”into professional courses has become one of the important measures for the reform of higher education.Taking the course of Criminal Procedure Law as an example,this paper analyzes the essence,concept and expression form of“curriculum ideological and political education”in the Criminal Procedure Law course,designs the teaching system of“curriculum ideological and political education”of the Criminal Procedure Law course in the course content to excavate the ideological and political elements,and proposes the practical path of integrating“curriculum ideological and political education”into the course in the change of teaching methods.Finally,the ideological and political education effect evaluation system of the Criminal Procedure Law course is established to feedback the effect of teaching implementation,so as to realizes the ideological and political education goal of the course.
