新建本科院校学分制下导师制现状研究——以河套学院为例

摘要 导师制是新建本科院校学分制下一种行之有效的教育培养模式。但是在实际推行过程中遇到了思想观念、管理制度、导师质量和数量、评价机制及学生自身等方面诸多困难。通过借鉴国内外知名大学导师制实施的成功经验,探讨破解这些问题的办法和对策,旨在为同类院校导师制的顺利推行提供有益帮助和借鉴。 Tutorial system is an effective teaching and training mode carried out in newly-built undergraduate colleges under the credit system.However,many difficulties in ideas,the management system,the quality and quantity of tutors,the evaluation mechanism,and the students,etc.have been encountered during the actual implementation process.The research draws on the successful experience of the implementation of tutorial system in some well-known universities both at home and abroad,explores the solutions to these problems,hoping to provide some references for the smooth implementation of the tutorial system in similar colleges and universities.
