摘要
以地方高校新工科实践创新教育为例,实施实践创新教育体系改革与提升。秉承北京信息科技大学“培养高素质应用型创新人才”的理念,加强顶层设计,突出信息特色,构建了“课程教学+实践创新+项目孵化”三位一体的递进式“创新链”。以“课程+”“平台+”为支撑,“导师+”“经费+”“制度+”为保障,打造实践创新全方位立体化的生态环境。重构知识体系,创新培养模式,建立产学研联动机制,形成助推创新创业教育内涵式发展的合力。通过知识学习、能力培养、价值塑造,培养学生热爱专业、勇于创新的精神,以及努力学习专业知识实现创新,进一步用专业知识开拓创业、服务社会的能力。
This paper takes the practice and innovation education of“emerging engineering education”in local universities as an example to implement the reform and improvement of the practice and innovation education system.Adhering to the construction concept of“cultivating high-quality applied and innovative talents”,we strengthen the top-level design,highlight the information characteristics,and construct a progressive“innovation chain”of“curriculum teaching+practical innovation+project incubation”.With the support of“curriculum+”,“platform+”and the guarantee of“tutor+”,“funding+”and“system+”,we create an all-round three-dimensional ecological environment for practice and innovation.We reconstruct the knowledge system,innovate the training mode,establish the connection mechanism of industry-education-research to form a joint force to boost the connotative development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through knowledge learning,ability cultivation and value shaping,students will be trained to love their major and have the courage to innovate,and further develop the ability to start businesses and serve the society with professional knowledge.
