新工科背景下专业选修课程的教学改革与探索——以“水土保持工程学”课程为例

Exploration and Teaching Reform of Professional Elective Courses under the Background of“Emerging Engineering Education”Construction:Taking the Course of Water and Soil Conservation Engineering as an Example

随着新一轮科技革命与产业革命进程的推进,高等工程教育进入新工科建设新纪元。专业选修课程作为专业必修课程的重要补充和拓展,其课程建设对培养高等工程科技创新型复合人才具有重要的支撑作用。在新工科建设背景下,以环境科学与工程学科的专业选修课程“水土保持工程学”为例,从教学目标、课程内容、教学方式和考核方式等多个方面开展了初步的教学改革和探索,提高了学生的学习兴趣和课程教学质量,培养了学生的创新能力、实践能力及团队协作能力。

With the advancement of new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,higher engineering education has entered a new era of“emerging engineering education”construction.As an important supplement and expansion of the compulsory courses,the construction of professional elective courses is of great importance to the cultivation of innovative and composite talents of advanced engineering technology.In the context of the construction of“emerging engineering education”,taking the professional elective course of Water and Soil Conservation Engineering of environmental science and engineering major as an example,the preliminary teaching reform and exploration are carried out from the aspects such as teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods.As a result,the reform has enhanced students’learning interest and the teaching quality of the course,and improved students’innovation ability,practical ability and cooperation ability.
